Caron is a clinical psychologist with over 30 years working with people through life transitions, grief and loss, the body-mind relationship, trauma and resilience, relationships and creativity; all through an integrated and multifaceted ever-deepening lens. Dr. Caron Post is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She works with individuals, couples, and leads transformative retreats. Her areas of focus include depression and anxiety, loss and grief, trauma and resilience, life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders including the transition to motherhood and postpartum depression. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from New York University in 1998. Dr. Post was the founding executive director of Maternal Mental Health NOW. She is a past recipient of The Los Angeles Psychological Association’s Distinguished Service to the Community, Diversity and Social Justice Award.

With over 25 years of teaching experience spanning from somatic movement, ballet, modern, improvisation and composition, theater, gyrotonic and pilates; Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work both in and out of the studio. Holly is a certifed Body Mind Dancing instructor. Her workshops explore a range of somatic explorations including developmental movement, our body systems and experiential anatomy. Throughout her workshops, a creative process develops and culminates in a sharing of the work. Holly loves to synthesize deep movement experiences and the creative process to engender transformation and healing. She is currently working on her certification in Dynamic Embodiment.
